Our scope of projects ranged from window and siding work on our first home, to interior renovation of our commercial retail investments, to full construction contracting and build of two new homes from the ground up.

The first of our two homes built by Joe Donohue Construction was a 4 bedroom, 3 bath, two car garage, single family project that was our first home we had built from the ground up. We had never contracted out a home to be built before. Joe was able to help guide us through the process as our builder and contractor. When we had questions or concerns, Joe was always there to put our mind at ease. The finish product was exactly what we had hoped for. Quality workmanship done timely with care and professional.

We secured a house in Stone Harbor as a rental. When it was time for our family to build our home on that lot, we turned to JDC to do the project. This included the demolition of the old home and construction of our new home, where we were to raise our family. We worked with one of the islands premier architects, Mark Asher, and came up with our plans. This project was a 5 bedroom, 3 bath home, with a detached garage. Joe took the project from demolition to completion, on time and with the quality of workmanship that we have grown accustomed to from JDC.

If we ever decide to build another home, we would certainly look no further than Joe Donohue Construction.

When my husband and I decided to double the size of our home in Stone Harbor NJ, we were very selective about choosing builders from which to get bids.
